Funny

Funny thing happened tonight...

To an advance halloween party in my friend house..and also at the same time he's celebrating his baby a month old

It was too rush and I didn't have time to get his baby any gift.. So my friend and I just went there empty-handed.. haha.

Then while busy eating the bbq food and stuffs with my mouth fully stuffed.. The host there then annouced for the "Best dressed" ppl of the night.. Surprisingly and amazingly, I was one of them! haha.. And I was given a gift wrapped nicely with a red ribbon on it..

Around 10 sth, my friend and I decided to leave and was about to tell the owner that we were going to leave soon.. Then the owner of the house was so excited and felt sorry that he hasn't showed us his new born baby.. So, we were brought to his baby room and I went there happily with the gift I got just now..

Then when I just stepped into the baby's room.. The owner of the house was then so happy and excited seeing that I got a gift on my hand.. So, he thought I've brought sth for the baby.. haha

and this was what he said:

"Bb, hui ing jie jie brought you a gift o..."

At first I thought he was just joking coz I thought he knew that the gift on my hand was given by him as the one of the best dress ppl.. haha.. and what I could do was just stood there quiety... While he just took the gift from my hand and passed it to his baby, swinging the gift front of baby saying: "baby like it like it...?"

I wanted to tell him that that's not for the baby but I just can't say it out coz I worried that might dissapoint him or the baby.. haha..

So, now the gift is then recycled back to the baby.. and I still wonder what is under the wrapping paper and I wonder what would the owner think when he unwrap the gift and realise that the gift looks familiar.. lol.. It must be funny !

Raya raya

Raya raya raya..... HOooray !
Went raya in some of my dearest coursemates home..

Finally, I got to taste her raya cake..
coz before raya, I was like kept kacau her, giving her hint,
hinting her to bring her raya cake to uni.. haha..
Then she will show me her malu face and told me she gona help her sister to bake the cake.. Ahaha..

ohhh.. her kek gulung chocolate is yummy !
"Jihah.. I want the recipe.. pls pls.." haha

So, before going back to the town, we stopped there for few minutes...
It was so nice and relaxing starring at the beach at that time, looking at the sunset...

Semester break

This holiday, due to the coming of raya, some influences from the local malays when I saw them busying shopping everyday, I also want raya raya ! lol.. So, I can't wait to make this tapak kuda. The recipe was found somewhere in my house.

I got the recipe from nazmi long long time ago.. Couldn't wait to make this tapak kuda and I miss the taste of the tapak kuda we tried last time around cny in kiat's house also so I decided to rush out late night to the shopping mall just to get all the needed ingredients.. Wuhoo ~

Here are the pictures:


The ingredients are 10 eggs, hk flour, a tablespoon of milk powder, ovalet, butter, chocolate emulco, baking powder, vanilla essence and also the yummiest nutella =)


Beat the egg white, egg yolks and also the sugar till bubbly


Then the ovalet, hk flour, milk powder, butter, vanilla essence, baking powder were mixed until creamy
Then the creamy batter was divided into two portions. A portion for the chocolate layer where a tablespoon of chocolate emulco was added in. Another portion (creamy layer) was left untouched.

Bake the chocolate layer in the oven at 170 degree celsius for 15 minutes on a baking tray preferably with an aluminium foil on it. Then pour the creamy layer on top and bake for another 15 minutes. Cool the cake to room temperature. Then cut the cake into half and spread nutella (as much as possible) on top of the cake. Then fold the cake.

Haha.. but I know it looks bit weird and doesn't look like a real tapak kuda at all..
It looks more like a layer cake with nutella in the middle

On the 3rd day of raya, coz of the shanghai tour, and I made a visit to the palace.


So so so many ppl ~ @.@


Group of shanghai ppl and they are mostly shanghai sch lecturers, teachers and also principles.
Before this tour, I was stressed coz I worried that what I know about Brunei was not enough as I think they are for sure knowledgeble and educated ppl.. They even call me xiao mei mei when they saw me =.="

After all, after this tour, it was all good and I hope they are all happy, satisfied, enjoyed and well-entertained.

However, still, I met a really stubborn and proud attitude person which makes me really go gaga.. He kept insulting and critisizing me in front of so many ppl and yet I could just smiled to him acting he was all right and I could not say anything even if he makes mistake.. He even shouted at me in front of many ppl. Coz this person only believes on what he thinks and when mistakes were made, we could never hear an apology from him, even to the customers. gaga~

Really really tired today. Some day, I really wish that I am a creature which do not need any sleeping time.. haha.. So that I could have more and more and more time doing things which are not completed. I know i know, this is just a stupiw dream I got and I wish in future the brilliant scientists around the world could invent sth which could just plug on us human beings and recharge us human beings like how a mobile phone is recharged when our battery is gone flat and of coz the electric must not sot us la.. lol

Just chat with a friend, and realise that we actually have a test on this coming wednesday.. and obviously, I din know about it coz I escaped the last lecture before this sem break.. arghhh.. *blame myself* really want to shout and kick myself now..

Slippers

Stupid thing I do today.. =.="

Was wearing slippers before I reached work.. Then, after changing to my uniform, next, I need to change my aunty slippers..

After wearing my shoes, the blur and silly me forgot to put my bright, yellow slippers back into the car and instead I just left it outside my car without noticing it until I back from work, getting ready to go home.. Omg.. When I was about to take my key out from my pocket, I saw my slippers were outside the car, lying comfortably on the road for more than 4 hours and funny thing - the slippers still lying there nicely as if no one ever touched it before and no dogs passing by, it was still there !! hahaha.. my friend who tumpang my car was laughing so loud when she saw my slippers lying there nicely..

Maybe the slippers are just too smelly and that's why even dogs wouldn't want to have a look at it.. and I wondered what the person who parked beside me think when he or she saw the pair of slipper when he or she got down from his or her car.. hahaha.. wuhoo.. lucky me !

hooo.. thinking back, I am really blur and silly.. haha
